Nature Nuggets: Resumes on September 9th, 2026

We're so excited to launch Season 2 of Nature Nuggets, one of Ijams' most popular Early Learning programs. Nature Nuggets is a free program for young children and their caregivers. FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON, WE WILL MEET WEEKLY.
If you are looking for a way to spend meaningful time outdoors with your little one while connecting with other caregivers, join Ijams for Nature Nuggets, a program designed especially for children ages 18 months to preschool and their grownups (younger siblings welcome in strollers and carriers).
Each gathering will include playful exploration, hands-on nature activities, and plenty of time to connect with new friends, both big and small. Together, we’ll share our love of the natural world while building community, friendships, and lasting memories.
Next Meeting on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026 at 10 am.
We will gather at Martha's Meadow for the meeting on 9/9/26. When you enter the Ijams gates, take an immediate left (followings signs for "wedding parking" and park at the end of the lot. We will also have directional signage for "Nature Nuggets," so keep your eyes peeled for that. If you need more assistance, call the Ijams Visitors' Center at 865-577-4717, X 1001.
Please note: while Nature Nuggets is a free program, there is a $5 parking fee that participants can pay by scanning a QR code at every parking lot. However, Ijams Members always park free! If you are interested in membership, visit: www.ijams.org/membership.
