Biking at Ijams
Of the 12+ miles of trails at Ijams, almost 10 miles are great for biking of all sorts. The paved Will Skelton Greenway cuts through Ijams and is a great way for road bikers or cruisers to enjoy the grounds. This greenway connects Ijams to the Forks of the River Wildlife Management Area and Island Home Park.
The trails at the Ijams Quarries are a wonderful way to explore different landscapes on your mountain bike and were created by the Appalachian Mountain Bike Club.
GREENWAY BIKE RENTALS
No bike? No problem! Rent a greenway bike from River Sports Outfitters at the Visitor Center during business hours. Bike rental includes helmet use.

Cash or credit card is required for payment, and a credit card will be required for deposit purposes. Lost or stolen equipment will be charged 70% of the current retail price for the equipment. A liability waiver must be completed by all participants or legal guardian prior to rental of bikes.
