Winter Tree I.D. Workshop

Having trouble identifying local trees now that the leaves have fallen? With a little guidance, you won't be-leaf how easy it can be! Join an Ijams naturalist for this immersive workshop where you'll learn the basics of tree identification and species histories, and leave with a larger understanding of tree phenology. 

Ages: This program is designed for ages 12+

Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 1.5 miles during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes various stopping points. The entirety of the program will be held outside - please dress for the weather.

No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
