Calling all creek kids! Join in on the fun during the 2026 City Nature Challenge! During this program, you will be assisting Ijams staff members in recording observations (ie: snapping photos, uploading data, and seeking out a variety of species) in iNaturalist while exploring under logs and in the creeks and ponds of Ijams while searching for salamanders, bugs, worms, and other underground critters and macroinvertebrates that are often overlooked.
Ages: This program is designed for ages 16+
Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 2.5 miles during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes…
