As you explore the trails and soak up the rays at Ijams Nature Center, take a moment to stop by the Conservation Conversations Booth on the plaza on May 9 from 2-4pm to talk to the staff from Oak Ridge National Laboratory to learn about fusion, the process that powers the sun and could one day power our world. The ORNL staff will be on hand to answer questions and share how researchers and engineers across East Tennessee are working to make fusion energy a reality.
