About the Event
Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating Sound Bath at Ijams Nature Center, where the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, gong, and other sacred instruments create a deeply restorative experience. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you will be guided into a state of calm as the healing frequencies wash over you- quieting the mind, releasing stress, and restoring balance to your body, mind, and soul. This unique journey blends the serenity of the outdoors with the power of sound to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign.
This event will take place at Ijams every second Sunday of the month.
Participants should bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and/or bolster to be as comfortable as possible during the Sound Bath.
