( SOLD OUT) SPECIAL EVENT: Sound Bath Meditation (July 12)

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating Sound Bath at Ijams Nature Center, where the soothing vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, gong, and other sacred instruments create a deeply restorative experience. You will be guided into a state of calm as the healing frequencies wash over you- quieting the mind, releasing stress, and restoring balance to your body, mind, and soul. This unique journey will show you the true power of sound to help you reconnect, recharge, and realign.

Participants should bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and/or bolster to be as comfortable as possible during the Sound Bath. The event will take place inside the large room at the Visitor Center.
