SPECIAL EVENT: Self Care Sunday Yoga Class with Hope Irwin (October 12)

Give yourself all the self-love you deserve! Ijams is partnering with Hope Irwin to bring you a weekly yoga class on Sundays from 1-2 pm. Release all the stress from the past week and get centered for the week ahead.  The location of this class will be at the Ijams Homesite Pavilion.

Classes will target flexibility, strength, and balance using variations of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power flows. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

Classes are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 5-12. Please bring a yoga mat with you.

To get to the Ijams Homesite Pavilion: When you turn into the main parking lot at the Visitor Center area, you will immediately turn left and there will be an interior road on your left that leads over to the Ijams Homesite.
