About the Event
Give yourself all the self-love you deserve! Ijams is partnering with Hope Irwin to bring you a weekly yoga class on Sundays from 11:30am -12:30 pm. Release all the stress from the past week and get centered for the week ahead.
Classes will target flexibility, strength, and balance using variations of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power flows. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
Classes are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 5-12. Please bring a yoga mat with you. This class will be held on the back patio at the Visitor Center unless there is inclement weather, in which case it will move indoors.
