Paddle on the TN River to Kick off the Outlandish Adventure Festival
Join in the fun on May 2 as the official kickoff to the Outlandish Adventure Festival takes to the Tennessee River! Join the Outlandish Partners- The Knoxville Adventure Collective, River Sports Outfitters, City of Knoxville, and TN Riverline for an evening paddle on the Tennessee River as the sun sets. Launch your own boat from the public dock or rent one from us at the Ijams River Landing. This dock is .9 miles away from the headwaters of the Tennessee River! Some experience recommended with downriver trips.
Participants can bring their boats as early as 4pm to get out on the water. Guided paddle and rentals will take place at 6pm for an hour paddle on the river before doors open for the World Paddling Film Festival at 7pm.
