Nature Nuggets: Nature Storytime (Family Program) (1)

Nature Nuggets is a program for children 2-4 and their caregivers.

Description: Nature Nuggets provides a guided experience for children ages 2-4 and caregivers to gain confidence in the outdoors. This month we are enjoying an interactive nature storytime. Join us for a fun story about our natural world, and an interactive walk where we bring what we read to life!    

Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should bring closed-toed shoes, weather appropriate clothing, hat, water, snacks, and a hands-free way to carry everything. 

Information to Note: This program is held completely outside rain or shine, and participants should come prepared for an hour in the elements.

Location: This class meets at the Ijams Quarry Overflow parking lot and will include time in a small creek

Please check your junk mail folder the day before your program if you have not received an email containing program details. 

No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.

Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
