Nature Nuggets: Colors of Spring (Family Program) 4/28/2022

Nature Nuggets is a program for children 2-4 and their caregivers.

Description: Nature Nuggets provides a guided experience for children ages 2-4 and caregivers to gain confidence in the outdoors. This month we explore all of the colors in the natural world. We will collect flowers, crush leaves, and find inspiration in every item we find. Join us for a fun day filled with color. This is a repeat of the class on April 21, 2022.

Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should bring closed-toed shoes, weather appropriate clothing, hat, water, snacks, and a hands-free way to carry everything. 

Information to Note: This program is held completely outside rain or shine, and participants should come prepared for an hour in the elements.

Location: This class meets at the Ijams Nature Center outdoor pavilion next to the main parking lot.

No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.

Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
