MOVIES UNDER THE STARS: Back to the Future

Join Ijams and Central Cinema on July 12 as we travel Back to the Future with Marty McFly and Doc Brown as they take us on an adventure through time and space. 

In this 1980s sci-fi classic (rated PG), small-town California teen Marty McFly (played by Michael J. Fox) is thrown back into the 1950s when an experiment by his eccentric scientist friend Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) goes awry. As he travels through time, Marty encounters young versions of his parents, and must make sure that they fall in love or he'll cease to exist. And what's more, Marty has to return to his own time and save the life of Doc Brown.

Doors open at 7 pm; movie begins at dark (~8:45pm). Food trucks and the Ijams beer garden will have tasty meals, snacks, and beverages available for purchase. NO COOLERS AND NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PLEASE. Dogs are allowed, but must be on leash at all times. Lawn chairs and blankets are recommended. This event is on the Visitor Center lawn.

Tickets are $12 per person (Ijams and Central Cinema members receive a discount on ticket sales. Memberships will be verified before day of the event). Ticket for this event include parking fees.

Space is limited. Purchasing tickets ahead of time is highly recommended. Walk-up tickets may not be available.
