Join Ijams Nature Center and Central Cinema on May 23 as we kick off the Movies Under the Stars outdoor film series with a heartwarming classic, An American Tail! Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, friends, and family for an evening under the stars filled with nostalgia, community, and cinematic magic.
An American Tail follows the adventures of Fievel Mousekewitz, a young mouse who journeys with his family to America in search of freedom and a better life. Full of heart, hope, and unforgettable music, it’s the perfect film to launch this beloved summer tradition. Come early to snag a good spot, enjoy some pre-show fun, and celebrate the start of another unforgettable season of outdoor movies at Ijams!
Doors open at 7 pm; movie begins at dark (~8:45pm). Food trucks and the Ijams beer garden will have tasty meals, snacks, and beverages available for purchase. NO COOLERS AND NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PLEASE.…
