Invasive Species Workshop - Level 1 - Ijams Native Landscape Certification

This required, 30-minute workshop will cover what you need to know about invasive species for Level 1 of this certification program. We'll take a deep-dive into four key invasives, Chinese privet, English ivy, bush honeysuckle, and winter creeper, from their origins and histories to removal techniques, as well as other instances of invasive species and their devastating impact on our local ecosystems. 

This workshop is directly followed by a required Volunteer Workday. Register for the workday here.
