About the Event

Geared Toward: Ages 7+ and their caregivers

Description: Ijams Offline Learning brings online standards-based lessons to life through guided experiences in one of the safest classrooms around--the great outdoors! During this program participants are transported back in time when the people of Tennessee survived with only what the land provided. Learn how to build a fire, navigate the landscape, and identify plants that are helpful and harmful. Discover if you would have made it in the rugged land of historical TN.

Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should wear comfortable shoes and clothing for hiking, and bring sunscreen, water, hats, sunglasses, and a hands-free way to carry these items.

No walk-in’s will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather

Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable
