Ijams Member Event: Playing 'Possum

Come on out to learn all about Ijams' newest animal ambassador: an opossum! These misunderstood marsupials enrich our ecosystem and utilize lots of cool adaptations to survive in their environment. Along with an animal presentation, participants will learn the basics of nature journalling and make their own opossum masterpiece to take home with them!

This program is a free Ijams Member Event; all participants must hold a valid membership at Ijams Nature Center.

All participants MUST complete an Assumption of Risk Form (only once in a calendar year) prior to participation in the program: ijams.org/waiver

If you have already filled out a waiver for another Ijams Education Program this year, there is no need to fill out another one.

Ages: This program is designed for ages 5+
