About the Event
It's a bird! It's a plane! It's - no wait, yup - it's a bird!
Fall migration is the perfect time to see raptors as they journey to their wintering spots, soaring high up in the sky. With an Ijams naturalist, you'll discover why, where, and how raptors migrate, and learn to ID different local species in flight!
Ages: This program is designed for ages 14+
Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 2.5 miles during the duration of the program over even asphalt surfaces of the Will Skelton Greenway.
Please check your junk mail folder the day before this program if you have not received an email containing program details. No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
