About the Event
For Ages 3-12
Description: Nature Ed-Ventures inspire homeschool students to learn biology concepts by experiencing the real thing. Each age group is mentored by an Ijams education team member to foster a natural curiosity and wonder through authentic investigation, participation, and engagement with the natural world. This season all age groups are exploring how animals, plants, and humans deal with changes in their environment.
Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should arrive with weather appropriate clothing, closed-toed shoes, water, snack, and a handsfree way to carry everything.

Location: Every class meets at the Outdoor Pavilion on the Ijams Nature Center Main Plaza, and heads out to the trails from there.
No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.
Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
