Forest bathing is back by popular demand! On August 30 from 8-10PM, join us for a special Forest Bathing Workshop to celebrate the full moon and spend a relaxing two hours connecting with nature at night with ANFT-trained forest therapy guide Sarah Schortz at the Ijams Homesite.
Everyone knows that being in nature is good for our wellbeing, but often we don't know how to slow down and just BE to receive all the healing, restorative gifts that nature has to offer. During this immersive experience, you will be guided through a series of relaxing activities designed to help you slow down, and mindfully engage with and explore the natural world through your senses while you discover new ways of being in and with nature.
