About the Event
Looking for a new way to get active? Why not try hooping!
Come on out to Ijams to learn hooping fundamentals with Dizzy! In this class series, we will break down hoop tricks into their base parts, and learn the basics all the way up to the more complicated variations. We will take all classes at your pace, making sure everyone leaves with some new tricks up their sleeve!
This event will take place at the Miller Building at Ijams (directions below.) Bring your own hoop, or there will be a few to share! A background in hooping is not required, but a willingness to learn is!
This is an adult class. Come spin some circles with Dizzy!
