CANCELLED: Winter Birding

While you may not initially think so, Winter can be a birding wonderland indeed! Join an Ijams naturalist for a morning of "slow" season birding to identify various species that call East TN their wintering grounds, all while sharpening your ID skills concerning our year-round residents, too. 

Ages: This program is designed for ages 14+

Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 2.5 miles during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes various stopping points.

Refund Policy: No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
