(bioacoustics & the practice of listening) Our world pulses with life! Explore the sounds of the living world while learning how tools such as a hydrophone, ultrasonic detector, and parabolic microphone can unlock a world of frequencies beyond our natural limits. Using their nature notebook from the first class, students will practice listening as a method of note-taking. All materials are provided. Open to all ages! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
