About the Event
Geared Toward: Families with kids ages 6+
Description: Like kids (you know what we're talking about parents!), birds say the darndest things. However, we only know this if we are listening in the right way. Join an Ijams educator for an introduction to bird language and bird songs, and how we as humans make sense of them.
Materials Participants Should Bring: Binoculars, field guide to birds, a notebook, and writing utensil, if you are able. Ijams also will provide loaners of each.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
Every participant must have a ticket.
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to severe weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
