Audience Geared Toward: Teens and Adults
In this program, we will relax and deepen our relationship with the natural world through artistic nature journaling, guided mindfulness practices, and open-ended observation. Get ready to let go of stress and create some beautiful art! All art materials will be provided by Ijams, though you are welcome to bring your personal sketchbook or nature journal as well.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
No walk-ins will be accepted.
