Weed Warriors Public Workday at the Lime Bowl 9/25/21 (REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

**NOTE: This session is limited to 15 participants. If you are not registered and there are 15 participants, you will be asked to come another time or will be given a different assignment.

Volunteers will meet at the Ijams Aberdeen entrance parking lot at 9:30 am and will take a short hike to the Ijams "Lime Bowl" near the Ijams Crag to remove invasive plants.  This area that is a former quarry dumpsite for lime and is being restored to a cedar glade. Wear closed-toed shoes, long-sleeved shirts and pants to protect yourself from thorns and poison ivy. BRING WATER!

Please bring the following: water, appropriate clothing/footwear, and a mask if you have one (the Ijams Visitor Center has simple disposable masks if you come without one). Masks will only be necessary when we are within six feet of each other. If you are exhibiting any sign of fever or…
