About the Event
Who's been making all those tracks? Time to find out! Join an Ijams naturalist to uncover various signs of animals that are still very active in Winter, even if they often go unnoticed. During this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn to identify common tracks, scat, various types of animal homes, and read the landscape for other signs of activity and wildlife. This program will be spent entirely outside exploring - please come dressed for the weather!
Ages: This program is designed for ages 12+
Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 2.5 miles during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes various stopping points.
Refund Policy: No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
