Tracks and Traces - Guided Family Program

Have you ever wondered how animals in East Tennesee gear up for winter, or how the changing landscape affects their behaviors? Join an Ijams naturalist to discover the wonders of winter animal adaptations! Meet some of Ijams' animal ambassadors and learn how they gear up for the cold winter months before heading out on the trails to read the changing landscape. 

Ages: This program is designed for ages 6+

Accessibility: Participants can expect to travel a distance of up to 1 mile during the duration of the program over uneven surfaces that may include rocks, roots, and gravel. This program includes various stopping points.

No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
