About the Event
Join H.A.L.T ( Humans and Animals Learning Together) at Ijams Nature Center on April 8 from 1-3pm outside of the visitor center. Come out to meet their new “Fab 5” that will be participating in class this session. They are looking for their furever homes!
This session includes Clooney, Dolly, Ginger, Heugan (Heugh), and Swift.
All dogs are medically screened, fully vaccinated, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, and will have beginner basic obedience training at the end of their 4-week course. They will be through their second week of class during this event, so you’ll be able to see more of their new skills. We are accepting applications and will work on home visits while classes are going on. All dogs will be able to go to their new homes on Friday, April 21st after graduations.
All breeds and ages are the best guess from our Dog Selection Committee and Veterinarian.
