Paddling Film Festival Kicks off the Outlandish Adventure Festival
Join in the fun on May 2 at 6pm as we kickoff the Outlandish Adventure Festival weekend with a guided paddle down the TN River with the City of Knoxville, Knoxville Adventure Collective, River Sports Outfitters, Ijams Nature Center, and TN Riverline.
As a thank you for all of your support for this inaugural event, we invite you to reserve a kayak, hit the water, and enjoy the beautiful views as we sightsee along the rivers edge- taking in all the spring blooms, osprey, blue herons, bald eagles, and maybe even an otter or two.
Parking for this event will be at the Mead's Quarry Overflow lot and you will take a short walk down the Ijams River Landing trail to the boat dock where all of the kayaks will be waiting.
