About the Event
Nature Nuggets is a program for children 2-4 and their caregivers.
October is the spooky month, so we are taking time to explore some of our spooky animals. Millipedes, Centipedes, insects, and spiders will all be experienced in one way or another as we learn that these spooky animals aren't all that scary after all. There will even be a live tarantula!
This program meets outside at the Visitor Center Pavilion at Ijams Nature Center. Please arrive with water, closed-toed shoes, a hat, and weather appropriate clothing.
All participants 2 years and older must have a ticket for this program, including adults. Please note that while strollers are welcome they may not be able to navigate all of the trails at Ijams.
REFUND POLICY
Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to severe weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
