Nature Nuggets: Cicada Days (Family Program) (1)

Nature Nuggets is a program for children 2-4 and their caregivers.

Description: Nature Nuggets provides a guided experience for children ages 2-4 and caregivers to gain confidence in the outdoors. This month we'll bug out over cicadas and other insects. We will catch insects, hold them, and learn that they are more than just loud. Join us for this creepy crawly class. 

Materials Participants Should Bring: Participants should wear sturdy shoes and clothing for hiking, and bring water, hats, gloves, sunglasses, snacks, and a hands-free way to carry these items.

Information to Note: This program is held completely outside rain or shine, and participants should come prepared for an hour in the elements.

No walk-ins will be accepted. Every participant must have a ticket. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket.

Ijams awards full refunds for any cancellations up to 7 days before a program, or if Ijams cancels a program due to inclement weather. Refunds are not awarded for programs with fees of $5 or less for any reason. Tickets are non-transferable.
