CANCELED:: Discovery Shark Week Presents Family Fin Fest

DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, TONIGHT'S SHARK WEEK EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED.

Warner Bros. Discovery and Discovery Channel are commemorating the iconic annual television event, “Shark Week,” with a fin-tastic, family-friendly community event at Ijams! Admission is FREE, but reservations are required. Bring your lawn chair or beach towel and head to the Visitor Center lawn to help usher in "Shark Week!"

8-9:15 pm

Enjoy kids’ games, shark photo opportunities, face painting, nail painting, and a shark-themed trivia game that will give you the chance to win jawsome prizes such as koozies, candy, foam fin hats, plush sharks, coolers, t-shirts, and beach towels! There will be plenty of stickers and temporary tattoos for kids of all ages, plus giveaways from Freestyle Watches and Knockaround Sunglasses. 

9:15-10:30 pm

Get a sneak peek of Dawn of the Monster Mako, a screening of the discovery+ original and exclusive "Shark Week" special!

Food trucks and the Ijams beer garden will be open during this event. Dogs allowed, but must be on a leash at all times.
