Owl Prowls

Join us for an Owl Prowl, it’s a fun way to enjoy a summer evening and the “night life” at Ijams Nature Center, specifically the owls! The evening begins with a preparatory presentation, given by Ijams Naturalists, about some of the natural history of owls and how they can best be spotted. At dusk participants are guided on a walk of the trails while listening and watching for these distinctive characters in their natural habitats. Owl Prowls are held throughout the year.
