Indoor Meetings & Outdoor Pavilions

You can rent any of the following four areas in which to hold your corporate, organizational or group meeting at Ijams. Group Day Meetings can be held between 9am and 5pm on Monday through Saturday. Meetings can be scheduled in half day, four hour blocks (from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm) or for a complete, eight-hour day (9am-5pm).

All Rentals are Subject to the following stipulations:

  • Your scheduled time block includes the time it will take you to set up, hold your event and clean up afterwards. If you go beyond your scheduled time you will be charged an overtime fee per hour.
  • Ijams reserves the right to give a short (2 or 3 minute) welcome presentation at your gathering before your event begins.
  • Members of Ijams Nature Center and other non-profit organizations will receive a discount on Ijams facilities rentals.
  • Please read your rental contract carefully for further details, cancellation policy and rental limitations.
